The Housing Innovation Fund (HIF) Grant Program provides grants of up to $5 million to support Western Australian businesses adopting Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) such as prefabricated, modular, or automated building technologies, and the commercialisation of new MMC products or supply chains within the residential sector.
The Grant is designed to:
- Drive innovation and enable business transformation.
- Strengthen WA’s advanced housing manufacturing capability.
- Accelerate MMC adoption that lowers costs, shortens build times, and improves housing sustainability.
Applicants may receive up to 50% of eligible project costs, with a maximum grant available of $5 million.
